Healing
Back Pain : The Mind-Body Connectioin Approximately eighty percent of Americans have a history of back pain, and billions of dollars are spent annually to deal with this condition. Why, over the past thirty years, has the back become so incompetent? Why are so many people prone to back injury? And why has the medical profession proven so helpless in stemming this epidemic? Dr. John E. Sarno has the answer to these questions and many more. By thoroughly exploring the mind-body connection, Dr. Sarno explains how back pain can be stopped forever without drugs, without exercise, without surgery, and, most importantly, without spending thousands of dollars. |
